S2 Ceramica was founded by a family deeply rooted in hospitality. As owners and operators, we spent years working within brand standards and specifications often encountering the same limitations: repetitive bathroom layouts, uninspired surfaces, and design solutions that prioritized convenience over experience.
Rather than accept the status quo, we took the opportunity to rethink our own properties. Working through brand design review processes, we developed customized bath and surface solutions for three hotels under a Hilton flag, an IHG flag and a Wyndham flag proving that elevated design, performance, and brand compliance could coexist.
That experience became the foundation of S2 Ceramica. Today, we approach every project with an owner’s perspective considering design intent alongside durability, maintenance, approvals, and execution. Our work reflects a belief that hospitality spaces are most effective when they feel intentional, personal, and thoughtfully differentiated.
